Inclusive Me makes sensory-friendly clothing for neurodivergent people: tagless pieces, flat seams and soft fabric. The care that defines the product did not fit an operation that depended on manual work for every order.

The challenge
A growing e-commerce with store, finance and logistics in separate systems. Every order required manual entries, invoice issuing and dispatch, and the operation gave no clear reading of what was happening.

Create a single automation base linking the e-commerce to the financial ERP and the operations platforms, and build on it the tools the business needs, including intelligence agents.
